I've always calls via laptop and how do you know if it's a good laptop or defective. There are many things I had before buying a laptop.
1. Size of memory - do not want to buy a laptop without at least 1 GB of DDR memory. I (2GB prefer that my laptop is running super fast)
2. Hard Drive - now depends on what is for the family, but for the computer on the market today, 120 GB hard drive or better, what should belooking to download music, surf the web, images, and fill the hard drive faster than you think.
